Our workshop series on translation had its third installment on 09.04.2024 at the University Clinic in Essen. This time around the workshop did not focus solely on stem cell science but related fields which are gaining importance in the process of translating research results from basic stem cell science into products and therapies. For this specialists from these fields from NRW and the Benelux area were inveited to give insights on current trends in their areas of expertise. There was ample time for discussion on how these research areas will affect the translation of stem cell research to bench or bedside in the near future.
