6th internal meeting

Already for the sixth time, stem cell researchers from North Rhine-Westphalia met for their retreat on 28th/29^thof November at the Mont Cenis Academy in Herne. As every year, the special feature of the event was once again the interdisciplinary exchange between stem cell scientists of different career levels in an internal framework. The session topics were Tissue Specific Stem Cells, Stem Cell Tools & Biomaterials, Stem Cells, Disease & Regeneration and Establishment and Maintenance of Pluripotency. A total of around 150 scientists were welcomed to Herne, thus celebrating the most successful retreat of the Stem Cell Network up to date.
