Production Metrology

The Fraunhofer IPT develops closed systems for networked and adaptive process control. Thanks to the modular design, not only individual steps but complete process chains can be mapped and implemented. By means of intelligent plant control with a user-friendly user interface, individual processes can be controlled and adapted adaptively to the behavior of the biological product. In addition, a comprehensive data acquisition concept offers complete documentation of all generated data in order to follow processes in accordance with current guidelines and standards.

In close cooperation with biologists, engineers and computer scientists, the Fraunhofer IPT develops concepts for the automation of laboratory processes in green, red and white biotechnology - from individual solutions to the automation of a complete biotechnological laboratory for cell culture processes. In addition, we provide decision recommendations to automate individual process chains and support you in their implementation.
