Save-the-Date: 10th International Meeting in Aachen

As in previous years, there will again be a varied program: Internationally renowned speakers from the biomedical stem cell field will present their research. Ethical, legal and social topics will also be discussed at the 10th International Meeting and closely linked to current issues in biomedicine.

During poster sessions, junior scientists will have the possibility to present their work and discuss with experts. An increased involvement of industry will promote the transition of research from the lab into clinical application. For a better reconciliation of work and family, free childcare will be offered during the International Meeting.

Since 2002, the Stem Cell Network North Rhine-Westphalia organizes its International Meeting every two years. With regularly more than 600 participants, this is one of the largest conferences in this field of research in Europe. Thanks to the support of the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia, we can invite leading stem cell researchers from all over the world. We are very pleased that personalities such as Nobel laureate John Gurdon, Rudolf Jaenisch, Fred Gage and Kenneth Chien have already lectured at our International Meeting in North Rhine-Westphalia.
