Date for UniStem Day 2023 announced

Research institutions all over the world will once again open their doors for UniStem Day to dedicate an entire day to stem cell research together with interested pupils. For the eighth time already, German institutions are taking part in the action day on stem cell research – the UniStem Day. Interested secondary school students can gain insight into research practice on March 10, 2023 and deepen their knowledge about stem cell science. They will be given an overview of the current state of research and also have the opportunity to conduct experiments themselves.

The majority of the nationwide offerings for UniStem Day 2022 took place in North Rhine-Westphalia. More scientific institutions of the Stem Cell Network.NRW than ever before participated in the action day. The Stem Cell Network NRW is therefore pleased to invite pupils from all over North Rhine-Westphalia again in 2023 to enjoy lab tours, scientific lectures, stem cell quizzes, online formats with interesting presentations and virtual "Meet the Experts" rounds. Further information on the offers will follow from September 2022.
