11th International Meeting: Registration and Call for Abstracts open in January

After a successful virtual conference in 2021, the 11th International Meeting of the Stem Cell Network North Rhine-Westphalia will once again take place as a face-to-face event in 2023, this time on May 16-17 in Aachen.

The diverse and exciting program covers the broad spectrum of stem cell research with seven sessions on topics such as "How to house stem cells - recreating niches", "The patients are waiting - clinical application of stem cells" or "Effective and non-effective tissue regeneration". In addition to presentations by top international stem cell researchers from the USA and various European countries, the conference will also include contributions on ethical, legal and social aspects of stem cell research.

In addition, scientists are offered the chance to bring their research to the 11th International Meeting and to contribute to the scientific program by presenting their latest results via a poster. Selected abstract submitters will have the opportunity to give a plenary talk on their results. Deadline for submission of abstracts is February 15, 2023.

Junior researchers will once again have the opportunity to meet selected speakers and exchange ideas with them in small groups during "Meet the Speaker" events.

Industry representatives will have the chance to present their products and services and show participating young researchers career options outside academia. In addition, the conference also offers unique networking opportunities with leading scientists from Germany and around the world.
